DEPOSITS

ALL SERVICE BOOKINGS REQUIRE A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO WE OFFER REFUNDS ON THE DEPOSIT FOR CANCELLATIONS AND/OR NO-SHOWS. 

 

IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY AND NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT WE WILL ALLOW YOU TO RESCHEDULE NO LATER THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT AND BY TELEPHONE TO 201-402-2008. IF YOU RESCHEDULE WITHIN THAT 24-HOUR TIME FRAME THE DEPOSIT WILL BE CREDITED TOWARDS YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT.

Terms of Service

  • Safe Roads Driving School is licensed by the State of New Jersey MVC Business Licensing Services Bureau to provide driving lessons & road tests services in NJ. (License#352) 

  • All service bookings require a non-refundable deposit under no circumstance will a refund be issued for cancellations and/or no-shows. 

  • When rescheduling a service it must be done 24 hours prior to service appointment.

  • All Safe Road Driving School driving instructors and agents are licensed by the State of New Jersey MVC Business Licensing Services Bureau.

  • All Safe Roads Driving School vehicles are registered and insured within the state of NJ.

  • All Safe Roads Driving School vehicles are equipped with a passenger side brake.

  • Safe Roads Driving School, LLC cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellation caused by delayed road tests, unsafe driving conditions such as bad weather, mechanical problems, or any other reasons over which it has no control.

  • Safe Roads Driving School, LLC will provide as much notice as possible if a delay or cancellation is necessary.

  • Safe Roads Driving School, LLC will exert its best efforts in teaching the student to meet the requirements of the NJ Division of Motor Vehicles examination, the school cannot guarantee that the student will successfully pass a DMV exam upon completion of driving lesson(s).

Online Quiz Disclaimer

The NJ mock knowledge test is designed to help you practice for the New Jersey driver's license test. However, it does not fully prepare you for real-life driving situations. This test is only for educational and practice purposes.

We strongly advise that students consult with the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (MVC) and a professional driving school before attempting to drive on public roads.

 

Please note that driving without a valid license or insurance is illegal in New Jersey and can result in fines, license suspension, and even criminal charges.
